The ADHD Home Reset: 20 printable task cards and the guide
The ADHD Home Reset is a $19 deck of 20 printable task cards plus a short guide, built for people whose homes fall apart not from laziness but from how an ADHD brain handles starting, deciding and remembering. Each card lives where its task happens, breaks the job into a few steps, and has a bad-day version at the bottom so there is always a size of the task you can do.
What you get
Twenty task cards and one guide, both as print-ready PDFs. The cards are set up four to an A4 sheet with dashed cut lines. The guide is short on purpose: why routines fail for ADHD brains, the five levers that quietly replace willpower, and six room-by-room playbooks, each with its own bad-day version.
The idea is not a routine you white-knuckle. It is a card you read at the sink, a card on the mirror, a card on the pile. You never have to hold the whole list in your head, because the card is holding it.
Who it is for
Late-diagnosed and self-identified ADHD adults who are tired of being told to just try harder. People whose kitchen swings between spotless and disaster with nothing in between. People who can plan a deep clean but cannot start a five-minute one. If wanting to clean and being able to start feel like two different circuits in your head, this was written for you.
What is in the deck
- Kitchen: dishes, counters and the nightly sink reset. The four hidden decisions in every dish get removed, one card at a time.
- Laundry: the wash, the folding wall and the clean pile that never gets put away.
- Bathroom: the 2-alarm shower and a small reset that keeps the room usable.
- Trash: the bag, the bins and the walk to the curb as separate, startable steps.
- Doom piles: the full triage card, plus what to do with the decision box afterwards.
- Mornings: a launch sequence that does not depend on how you slept.
- Evenings: the closing-shift reset as a card, so tomorrow starts already handled.
Every card carries a bad-day line. On hard days that line is the entire job, and doing it counts as a full win. You are never failing the system. The system bends to the day you are having.

How to use it
- Print the rooms you need first. You do not have to print all 20.
- Cut the cards out and put each one where the task happens: dish card by the sink, chair card by the chair, shutdown card on your desk.
- Start with one card in one room. Add the next only when the first feels boring.
- Unused cards are a menu you have not got to yet, not a list you are behind on.
FAQ
Is the ADHD Home Reset physical or digital?
Digital. You get print-ready PDFs on Gumroad the moment you pay. Print at home or at a print shop, as many times as you want, on plain paper or cardstock.
What if the cards do not fit how my brain works?
Start with the free five first. They use the same format, so if they do not click, do not buy the deck. Gumroad handles refunds, and we would rather you keep your $19 than own cards you never use.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use it?
No. The cards are written for brains that stall at boring multi-step tasks, lose track of time, and forget what they cannot see. Diagnosed, self-identified or just tired of shame-based advice, the cards work the same way. Nothing in the deck is medical advice.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay $19 once and the PDFs are yours. Print them as many times as you like. There is no account, no app and nothing that renews.
